Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of when we receive the goods into our store and your refund is approved.

To complete a return:
Email returns@markitgraphics.co.nz, to request and inform us of the return. 
Simply post the item to our Christchurch address: Markit Graphics, 49 Treffers Road, Wigram Christchurch Canterbury NZ 8042.

What to expect:
Once your item for return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If at any time you wish to speak with our customer care team, call us on 0800 244 770 and we coordinate with you arrange for the goods to be sent back, and your refund processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dispatch@electronicimaging.co.nz.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@markitgraphics.co.nz and send your item to: 49 Treffers Road, Wigram Christchurch Canterbury NZ 8042.

Please note:
If the return is not due to default or and error on Markit Graphic's part, then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
